Like daffodils, morel mushrooms, and that inescapable haze of yellow-green tree pollen, Easter Sunday--and the requisite brunch-is a sure sign that spring has arrived, this year on April 20, a little later than normal.
Instead of listing every restaurant serving a brunch on that day, this year we'll just throw down the hits and the vitals. It should go without saying that reservations are mandatory on this holiday--so we won't bother to even mention it. Our recommendations are below.
