Glimpses of Grace Church—the original pipe organ in the living room and a pew that is used as dining room seating—are still present throughout this home, but the Clarksville church has been reconstructed to become a livable space for one lucky resident. The church was established in 1869, and the current structure was built in 1940 by architects Charles Nagel and Frederick Dunn. The previous homeowners used rugs in the main gathering room to create a sense of separation between the different areas in the large space. The 5-foot porthole windows, the peaceful backyard, and the dual stair case leading to the front door all add unique charm. The interior is surprisingly modern, warm, and inviting. The 3048-square-foot house has one bedroom and one bath.
