If you’ve ever wondered what was in your neighbor’s attic, you may just find out as Antiques Roadshow explores St. Louisans’ hoarded history.
On Monday, February 19, Antiques Roadshow will premiere the St. Louis episodes that it filmed last summer, giving audiences a glimpse into the hidden treasures discovered in local homes.
Monday's episode will feature, among its finds, a 1901 banner of the “Longest Bearded Man,” said to be from the 1904 World’s Fair. An Ozark Airlines poster, circa 1960, will be one of the finds in the second episode, airing on Monday, February 26. Then, on March 26, discover the last of the treasures dusted off during Roadshow’s tour, including a Michael Jackson–signed Fedora and photo from the 1990s.
Be sure to watch the episodes on Channel 9, the Nine Network of Public Media, and see some of the many historic treasures the city has to offer.
