Pulte Homes
The Estates at Town and Country Crossing
Pulte Homes recently started building homes in this development on 30 acres adjacent to the Town and Country Crossings Shopping Center. The Estates at Town and Country Crossing include three- and four-bedroom homes that range from 2,614 to 3,977 square feet. Home prices range from about $450,000 to $660,000. New development in the City of Town and Country has been rare, and the proximity to the retail center make this a very desirable location.

Cortona at Forest Park
This new one- to two-bedroom, 276-unit apartment community is set to open later this month. Located south of Forest Park between Dogtown and The Grove, the Cortona apartments range from a 575-square-foot studio to a 1,299-square-foot two-bedroom apartment. The community includes reserved parking, gated entrance, electronic door entry, self-service pet spa, and dog park. The ground also include a three-tiered pool with pool cabanas, outdoor grills, fitness center and classes, business center, and self-service Starbucks coffee bar.

Last fall, developers McBride & Son Homes opened the highly anticipated Grant’s View development at the corner of Gravois and Musick, across the street from Grant’s Farm on 67 acres of land that at one time had been used for Clydesdale housing and breeding by Anheuser Busch. The properties split between The Manors at Grant’s View, The Estate’s at Grant’s View, and The Enclave at Grant’s View, range in price from $271,900 to more than $600,000 and are walking distance to Grant’s Trail.
