Happy Monday, St. Louis! I'm back with another edition of my top 5 picks from St. Louis' Craigslist.
First up is this $25 Swivel Chair:
I can't believe the price of this glider. It has a modern shape and looks like it's in great condition. The fabric has a vintage-modern flair to it as well. I would snatch this up in a heartbeat if I was looking for a nursery glider. Even if you wanted to reupholster it, you'd be saving major dollars and cents!
Second is this $75 Dresser:
I like this small dresser for an entryway table or as a nightstand in a bedroom. I would give it a fresh coat of paint and change out the existing hardware.
Third is this $110 Dresser:
This type of dresser is usually a lot more expensive than $110! I have a similar one that I use as a media unit in our living room. A flat screen TV looks great on top of one of these and you can hide your gaming systems, DVR, and other media components in the drawers.
Fourth is this $25 Set of Chrome Chairs:
I really dig the vintage vibe of this chair and for the price it can't be beat! I am considering the pair for my living room!
Fifth is this $100 Vintage Chair {10 available}:
Although $100 isn't necessarily a huge bargain for a chair, sometimes you have to splurge! I would reupholster this seat in a charcoal linen fabric and "dip" the legs in paint to bring it into 2012. It has such a strong vintage nod that would add quirk and substance to a room full of modern furniture.
Happy Craigslisting!
