With the heat of summer still on our minds and fall just around the corner, now is a good time to make sure your house is ready for the transition. Here's 10 home-maintenance items that you should consider checking off your list, courtesy of Scott Mosby and Mosby Building Arts.
1. Clean condenser coils on the back or underneath the refrigerator.
2. Check faucets for leaks and replace washers.

8. Paint interior rooms and shampoo carpets while it's still warm enough to leave windows open.
