Mezzanine boutique in Maplewood (2741 Sutton, 314-645-2777) announced its closing on Friday via Facebook:
"Happy Friday, everyone - So, we have good news and we have bad news. Bad news first? Mezzanine will be turning off the lights and closing the doors for the last time in a few short weeks. Good news? Incredible sale is happening NOW! Shop early for the best selection - cuz' when it's gone, it's gone."
Mezzanine opened in its current location on Sutton last year after owners Anna and Paul Spector gave up their 2,000-square-foot store in the Central West End to move to a smaller, more manageable store closer to their home.
