Spring look from Byrd Style Lounge
2 of 2
When Julie Stotlar bought Byrd Style Lounge (8117 Maryland Ave, 314-721-0766) in 2008 she transformed it from an ordinary boutique, into the Midwest's only fashion brokerage firm. By working with other high-end boutiques, designers, and super stars such as Sharon Stone and Courtney Cox, Byrd Style Lounge gained a national reputation for its couture selection. Stotlar even appeared on the MTV's MADE as a style cocah and Elle.com named Byrd Style Lounge one of the Top 50 stores in the U.S.
Now, Stotlar is passing the reins to Emily Elbert a fundraising and event planner who has always loved fashion, especially luxury designer couture. Elbert’s background is a good match for the store. She’s worked with dignitaries and other VIPs in her event planning and knows all about marketing and maintaining good relationships with long-term donors.
Apparently, giving someone the Byrd is not always a bad thing.
Check out some new looks that will be at the Byrd this spring.
