If there was one thing the St. Louis beauty scene was desperately missing, it was a blow-dry bar. And after a much-anticipated opening, St. Louis is about to get its very own dry bar next month. A convenient and speedy way to have your locks professionally styled, Breeze Blow Dry Bar, is the brainchild of Lindsay Bush and Susannah Danforth. Like its coastal counterparts, Breeze offers a 35-minute $35 shampoo and blow out, no cut, no color, it's that simple. Perfect for professional women who want to keep their hair coiffed throughout the work week or those wanting to have their tresses styled before a big event, Breeze caters to every woman and every hair type. Armed with a team of 20 stylists, Breeze offers a fun environment, style menu showcasing everything from stick-straight hair to tousled curls and even a braid bar.
When I found out Breeze was going to be holding a preview party at Neiman's earlier this week, I had to take the opportunity to have my first "blow-out" experience and share it with all my lovely readers. The Breeze team could not have been any more inviting, their stylists are wiz's with a blow dryer, and if the party's atmosphere was any indication of what Breeze will be like, then I think St. Louis is in for quite a treat!
Location: Lester's Plaza, 9916 Clayton Road

Before my professional blow dry.
The hair geniuses of Breeze work their magic on my straight and under-styled tresses.
Voila! In just 35 minutes, my hair went from frumpy to a fabulous feathered style. Classic and sexy.
