The sharp and entertaining Yugoslavian-born writer Dubravka Ugresic is in St. Louis today to read from her new book of essays, Nobody's Home. It's one of the first books from the new non-profit press Open Letter, and while I can say it's a really handsomely produced volume, I haven't yet read it for review. (In another life, I did review Ugresic's Thank You For Not Reading and Lend Me Your Character.)
