So the FotSL are holding a benefit concert on August 27 at Off Broadway to raise money for legal fees; though you can plainly see what fine bands are on the docket based on the poster above, I can't link to 'em from the jpg, so I'll mention that $10 is a more-than-reasonable cover for a trifecta of bands like Read Headed Strangers, Leadville and Roughshop, expecially when there's entertainment between sets, in this case local burlesque performers Elle Adorable and Greta Garter. Also, for one measly buck you can buy a raffle ticket to win STL Style merchandise, with all the money going to FothSL. Even if you don't give a damn about the political stuff, it's a fantastic slate of local bands for not much dough.
