Attention Foodies! Join St. Louis Magazine for Table Talk—a unique dinner series that gives you an intimate and top-notch culinary experience with the city's top chefs. Chef Aaron Baggett's Table Talk dinner features exceptional beers and a one-of-a-kind menu. Join us for Table Talk—it’s a culinary journey that your taste buds will appreciate.

New Additions: Both complimentary and contrasting dual beer pairings with each course and special host, George Reisch, a fifth generation brewmaster by trade, and Brewmaster at Anheuser-Busch, Inc. 


First course

Roasted King Oyster Mushroom studded with Saint Andre cheese served over macadamia nut puree, pea tendrils, hearts of celery, black garlic and preserved lemons
Paired with both Leffe Blonde and Goose Island Lolita

Second course

Bourbon butter poached lobster, jerk avocado-pomegranate salsa, sautéed squash blossoms, over grilled corn soufflé with apple cider reduction 
Paired with both Stella Artois Cidre and Goose Island Bourbon County Barleywine

Third course

Grilled dry aged bone-in filet, kalamata-thyme bread pudding, bousin stuffed butter nut squash, rosemary glace, toasted barley with candied jalapeno, sage and sweet vermouth butter
Paired with Spaten Optimator and Goose Island Matilda

Fourth course

Warm spiced chocolate with crispy cinnamon churros with raspberry filling, smoky bleu cheese stuffed Gougère with quince syrup and roasted banana-salted caramel cheese cake
Paired with Hoegaarden and Leffe Brune 


Tickets are SOLD OUT.

$65 | Ticket price includes hors d'oeuvres, a four-course tasting menu, Q&A with the chef, and dual beer pairings with each course. Tax and gratuity included. Limited space available. 

Please note that if you purchase 4 tickets or less, you will be seated with other guests.  If you are attending the dinner with a group, please make your reservation together so we can assure you are placed at the same table.
