This past November’s report in the Post-Dispatch that the Archdiocese of St. Louis supplied $10,000 to help defeat gay marriage in Maine had us curious about the group’s finances in general. (Like many organizations, the Archdiocese had a tough 2009—more than 25 of its staffers were laid off that January.) Here are a few numbers available at archstl.org that caught our eye.
