The Khorassan Ballroom at the Chase Park Plaza was the site of the 2009 St. Louis Arts Awards, presented by the Arts and Education Council. The evening included dinner, an awards presentation and entertainment by COCAdance, Jeanne Trevor and Jessica Laney.
