In celebration of the magic and merriment of the Mardi Gras season, historic City Hall was decked with feathers, satin and lights for the 2008 Mayor's Ball. One thousand guests put on their finest attire and sparkly masks and joined Kim and Mayor Francis Slay for a night to remember.
