Anna Kournikova might be better known for her off-the-court action than her work with a racket. (You recall that steamy 2002 Enrique Iglesias music video for “Escape,” right?) So tennis buffs and nonbuffs alike can appreciate knowing the blond Russian is returning for her second summer with the St. Louis Aces (stlouisaces.com), facing the Springfield Lasers July 11. And just where might Kournikova go off-court? “Unfortunately, I didn’t get to go out too much last year, because I was busy playing my matches in Forest Park,” she says. “But I did enjoy the restaurants in Clayton.” On or off the court, there’s a good shot you’ll know she’s in town.
