No information will be submitted until you click the "Send Survey" button on the last page. Should you close your browser at any time during the survey, the website will not retain any data you've entered. You are not required to answer all questions on the survey, but are encouraged to do so. If a question does not have an answer of your liking, the last option on any question is an opportunity for you to recommend a business of your choice, as long as it falls within the realm of the question. When answering questions on a page, clicking the "Next" button will automatically save any information entered. By providing your information you are consenting to being contacted by St. Louis Magazine. In the case that an individual submits the survey multiple times and/or attempts to obscure his or her identity by using multiple email addresses, for example, only the first submission will be counted; all others will be discarded. :)
