50 DAYS OF GIVEAWAYS RULES
One daily prize winner will be selected at random October 28 – December 16, 2013. Each daily prize will be open for entry from 12:01 a.m. – 11:59 p.m. on said day. Each daily winner will be registered for a chance to win the grand prize. Daily winners need to be available to attend the Grand Prize Announcement event on Wednesday, December 18 at 6:00 p.m. at Frank Leta Honda in O'Fallon, Mo. If daily prize winner cannot attend the event, they must forfeit their prize and a replacement winner will be selected. On December 18 at the Grand Prize Annoucement Event, each daily winner in attendance will be given a key to see if their key opens the door of the prize automobile. Attendance is required for a chance to win the grand prize and a valid driver's license is required.
Daily contest winners will be notified via email or phone of their winnings. Prizes must be picked up from the St. Louis Magazine office within 7 days of winner notification and/or bt 5:00 p.m. on Monday, December 16, 2013. If prizes are not picked up within the stated timeframe, St. Louis Magazine reserves the right to select a replacement winner.
By entering the contest, all registrants agree to allow St. Louis Magazine to publish their name, city of residence, and photograph (taken at SLM office with the prize package) if you are selected as one of the daily prize winners. This information can be featured in the print and online versions of St. Louis Magazine as selected by SLM. Registrants also agree that by entering online they can be contacted by St. Louis Magazine and the contest partners and sponsors with promotional offers.
There is no influence on the selection of winners by sponsors or advertisers.
Grand Prize Details:
The grand prize is valued at $25,000. The grand prize winner will have their choice of a 3-Year automobile lease from Frank Leta Honda (a 2013 Honda Crosstour 4-Wheel Drive EX-L V-6 with Navigation or Frank Leta Acura (a 2013 Acura TL – Technology Package). Lease includes a 15,000 miles per year, sales taxes paid, Dent & Ding plus Tire & Wheel Protection, and full 3-year maintenance.
Must be 18 or older with approved credit to win your choice of a 2013 Acura TL with Technology package or a 2013 Honda Crosstour 4WD EX-L V6 with a 36 month Lease and 15,000 miles per year. Additional miles can be purchased upfront at $.10 per mile or $.15 per mile at lease maturity. Winner will also receive basic maintenance on prize vehicle at Frank Leta Honda or Frank Leta Acura (oil changes and tire rotations) as well as dent/ding and tire/wheel protection is included for 3 years. Prize includes taxes for 3 years and the first year of title and license fees. Winner is responsible for personal property tax each year. If winner chooses to purchase vehicle after 3 years they can do so for the residual value plus any mileage/damage penalties. Winner can choose a different vehicle variation/color/model but additional costs may apply.

ELIGIBILITY AND ODDS OF WINNING: No purchases necessary to enter. Contest open to legal residents of the United States except family members of employees of St. Louis Magazine. Winners must be 18 or older.
RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Multiple entries are accepted per person. However, only one entry per person, per day. One person can only win one daily prize, and therefore only one chance to win the grand prize. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. St. Louis Magazine assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for damages, loss or injury resulting from participating in any contest or acceptance or use of any prize. St. Louis Magazine is not responsible for the late, misdirected, lost, misplaced, illegible, mutilated, or postage-due entries. St. Louis Magazine and Frank Leta Automotive Group reserve the right to make changes at any time.
DISQUALIFICATION AND PENALTIES: All participants agree to be bound by these rules. St. Louis Magazine, in its sole discretion, further reserves the right to disqualify any person for (i) violating any of these rules, (ii) tampering with the entry process, (iii) gaining an unfair advantage in participating in the contest, (iv) obtaining winner status using fraudulent means, or (v) engaging in otherwise unsportsmanlike, disruptive, or threatening behavior.
